8 Life Lessons You Can Learn from Improv

I had the great pleasure of being asked, along with 7 other Stanford graduates (and former members of The Stanford Improvisors team), to contribute an improv life lesson that I learned from my study and practice of improv. It is my hope that in sharing this article you might feel a little burst of inspiration to try some of these guiding improv principles and/or get curious about incorporating improv practices into your own work and life.
